Peter O'Kane

Peter is an experienced technology investor, investment banker and adviser to governments. The first part of his career was spent largely in capital markets, privatisations and M&A with well-known financial institutions in the UK, Scandinavia and Asia, culminating in leading the management buyout of a pan-Asian investment bank. Following orchestrating its sale, he started an investment partnership which focused on backing high-growth UK and European companies active in a range of technologies.

He has been Chair of Strategy International Holdings, which owns extensive business networks and a leading think tank, since 2015. He has served as an adviser to the Board of Trade, a UK government entity which supports the nation's export and investment efforts. He attended the University of Cambridge from which he has a degree in Law.
