Michelle Howard

Michelle is the Senior Advisor for the Space Working Group at D Group.

She has 20 years’ of experience in the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia; supporting a wide range of complex, operational government programmes before moving into industry, establishing the Babcock regional office in Abu Dhabi in 2009 and Serco’s GCC Defence business in 2012. She has a PhD in Defence Studies from King’s College London.
