Dr Rebecca Weston is a senior nuclear leader with over 25 years' experience delivering complex, highly regulated programmes across the UK sector. As Director General in the Ministry of Defence's Defence Nuclear Organisation, she led national resilience capabilities with industry, academic and international partners. Previously, as COO of Sellafield Ltd, she oversaw site-wide operations and major programmes including waste retrievals, nuclear material management and decommissioning. A Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, she brings broad executive leadership across commercial, technical and operational roles, supported by degrees in Physics, an Oxford MBA and an engineering doctorate.
