Jodi Bartin is CEO of Citicourt & Co Limited, an FCA-regulated corporate finance advisory firm, advising private and listed companies, funds and stakeholders on capital raising, M&A and complex strategic transactions. She is also founder of the Space4Earth growth fund. With a career spanning decades in financial services, Jodi combines deep analytical training with hands-on entrepreneurial experience, having co-founded and exited an engineering business and later led a management buyout of Citicourt. She began her career in advanced corporate finance, working on valuation and cost of capital assignments for global institutions including ABN AMRO, ABB and Pepsi, before moving into small and mid-cap broking and advisory. Citicourt operates globally across sectors, with particular strength in deep technology, aerospace, defence and sustainability. Jodi is known for her clear judgement, pragmatic approach and ability to navigate complex, high-stakes situations, delivering outcomes for investors, management teams and stakeholders.
