Natalie is an expert NHS Executive and clinician with over 35 years in the NHS. She has delivered in complex, challenging and hostile environments, empowering through teamwork and by creating a shared vision. Natalie’s extensive experience and achievements include:
- 10 years as an Executive in Nursing and Operational Roles.
- 4 years as Senior Responsible Owner (SRO) for the New Hospital Programme
- 3 years as CEO of Chase Farm Hospital in North Central London.
- Led the development and opening of Nightingale London in 2020.
- Responsible for the fastest build of a digital hospital from concept to opening in the NHS (delivered on time and on a budget)
