Assystem’s recent cross-industry roundtable discussion, held in conjunction with the D Group and featuring Major General Andy Sturrock as a key speaker, explored both past challenges faced by the sector and new opportunities for delivery. The debate, which brought together senior leaders from across the nuclear ecosystem, drew on lessons from civil and defence nuclear programmes, as well as broader major infrastructure experiences, to identify recurring barriers to successful project delivery and where greater leadership, collaboration and new approaches could drive meaningful progress.
