With the ongoing development of the NAD Group and just in advance of the appointment of Rupert Pearce as National Armaments Director, the D Group hosted a roundtable discussion with a cross-section of its members. The discussion aimed to provide a ‘voice of industry’ perspective on the NAD’s most important immediate priorities, while also focusing on longer-term strategic imperatives.
The insights drawn from our discussion highlight both the immediate actions needed to build momentum and the longer-term shifts required to embed sustainable transformation across the defence enterprise.
