Diversity is a key issue for all our Members. We often discuss Innovation and Skills as crucial enablers for UK success, but Diversity underpins both, since a culture that allows diversity of thought and draws on as many communities as possible is able to harness the best talent, in turn driving benefit at the bottom line.
So far this year we have held a few Briefings on this theme but in September we intend to run a ‘Diversity@D’ week, taking a more detailed look at diversity across two events.
This panel is intended to be more of a working event, celebrating the achievements our members have made so far, framing the problem and establishing practical next steps to take away. Our panelists are:
• Tricia Blatherwick, CCO, AutogenAI – on her journey to date and future challenges
• Paul Livingston, CEO, Lockheed Martin UK – on how best to create allies within a business
• Rachel Ruxton, Head of Inclusion & Diversity, Leonardo – on the recent successful I&D programme at Leonardo and building a business case for I&D
• Chris Cahill, Head of Digital Transformation Consulting, Eviden – outlining his experience of how to be an ally for all diversity
For this event we would very much like all our Members to be represented, and may allow more than one attendee if space permits. We would like this to be a real discussion about how to effectively build and use diversity. Please register through the website as usual, or by emailing your account manager or Daniel.
