Luke Richardson is Head of Social Impact at Jacobs and PPP, with 11 years experience in the nuclear sector. PPP is the Programme and Project Partners (PPP) and was formed in 2019 – bringing in KBR, Doosan Babcock, Jacobs and Morgan Sindall Infrastructure - to transform major project delivery at Sellafield. Luke is sharing his thoughts on the importance of engaging with the supply chain to develop an understanding of social impact and the role suppliers play; enabling suppliers to better define their social value commitments when tendering for work but ultimately improving the social impact they deliver for the communities they serve.
