We access our network in a myriad of ways and for a wide range of member requests. These are handled by the member’s account management team or other, strictly restricted, senior D Group channel as they prefer.
Requests typically fall into two categories; the quick fix and the strategic. The former is usually about rapidly sourcing information or helping identify or gain access to someone perceived to be important across any one of a range of challenges.
The latter is longer-tail and more strategic in nature, such as asking D to facilitate a closer understanding of a policy, a market or a UK or overseas government department. Equally it could be developing a customer acquisition or stakeholder engagement strategy. Whether ‘quick’ or ‘strategic’, the request may be focused on the organisation or around helping a particular executive.
