The D Group offers organisations three options to maximise the effectiveness of their current and future leadership teams.
The Targeted Briefing programme uses The D Group’s briefings and network specifically to give a senior executive one of two rapid benefits; to develop broader relationships and the necessary connectivity to develop effective leaders, or to deliver knowledge of and personal connections to stakeholders key to their new role.
The PWG (Peer Working Group) is a CEO-only programme that sees small cohorts meet five times a year, along with additional one-to-one sessions with the programme chair. It leverages D’s neutral ground and cross-sector reach to give the opportunity to meet in an entirely confidential and supportive environment to discuss challenges and issues within small, but highly impressive, groups of other high-achievers from non-competing sectors.
The Future Group is a one year programme for fast-track executives clearly with the capability to reach CEO (or similar public sector or institutional level) within 10 years. As with the PWG it involves a limited cohort from multiple sectors. An intensive 11 part programme that runs over twelve months, it focuses intensively on a wide range of personal skills essential to effective leadership.
